Beta Terms of Use
1. Beta status
This software is in beta, provided for evaluation and development purposes only. Not recommended for enterprise, regulated, or production environments without independent legal and compliance review.
2. What RADAR does
RADAR provides risk intelligence — assessments of intended agent actions based on descriptions you provide. It does not verify what your agent actually executes, guarantee safe operation, or constitute legal or compliance advice.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of action descriptions submitted
- Decisions your agent takes based on RADAR verdicts
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Independent assessment of whether RADAR suits your use case
4. No liability
EssentianLabs is not liable for actions taken by agents operating under RADAR assessment, losses arising from PROCEED or HOLD verdicts, or any harm resulting from use of this software. A PROCEED verdict does not transfer liability.
5. Data
The npm package stores anonymised data locally — action hashes, activity types, verdicts, timestamps. No action text is stored. No data is sent to EssentianLabs servers unless you use the paid tier.
6. Changes
These terms may change as the product evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
